- The basis of our relationship is trust. All the information that you will share with me will be only known to us.
- If we know each other well or if there is a conflict of interest between us, on ethical grounds, I cannot coach you, however, I will be pleased to recommend you some other coach.
- If during the coaching process or during the demonstrational session I Discovery that you need consultation with some other specialist (e.g. a psychologist), I will inform you about it and we will decide whether and on what conditions we will be able to cooperate.
- If due to personal or medical reasons you need to cancel or postpone the session, you will be able to do this via phone, text message or email 24 hours before planned time of the meeting at the latest.
- In case you are late, please send me a message or call me that, for instance, you are on your way.
- In case of a chance occurrence, it is possibile to cancel the session the same day.
- If you want to design from coaching, you will be able to do it at any time, you pay only for a session you participate in. You send money to the given personally to you bank account.
- Out of principle, I offer you 6 online sessions 1 hour each, except for the demonstrational session. However, if you need less or more sessions, it will be possible. Coaching is an individual process for each participant and it is adjusted to their needs.
- We meet each 2 weeks and we establish one day and one hour when we meet.
- First session is a demonstrational online session, free of charge, during which you can let me get to know you and during which you can see if coaching and working with me is something for you. You do not have an obligation to participate in more session. It is your decision.
- The demonstrational session can be cancelled or postponed basing on the same rules as for the regular sessions, that is via phone, text message or email 24 hours before planned time of the meeting at the latest. In exceptional circumstances (like communicational accident) the session can be cancelled the same day.
- The second session is a contractual session during which we conclude cooperation and discuss the rules on which our cooperation will be based. At the same time, it is a session during which we continue your coaching process started at the demonstrational session.
